It is tastefully furnished, retro chic and is very comfortable. The space The apartment is very nice because it is dual-aspect. It exudes a poetic and relaxing atmosphere. You feel a little like you're out of time in the countryside. It dates back to the 1950s and we just renovated it. We kept some elements like the wooden cupboards or the kitchen hood. The other elements of the kitchen are contemporary in style. There are beautiful materials like the granite countertop. The bathroom has been completely redone. All the appliances are new as well as the 160 bed which is also very comfortable. There are beautiful antique objects, handmade dishes, posters and artistic photos, linen sheets, pretty towels. In short, this apartment was designed to spend pleasant stays while respecting the neighborhood. Guest access The entire 40 m2 apartment is part of a larger apartment where the owner can accommodate patients during certain periods. Tenants will pass through the entrance-waiting room and find the front door of their independent apartment. Other things to note The building dates back to the 1950s. The entrance is very beautiful. We have a concierge service. There is a Carrefour Express on the corner, a good greengrocer, a bakery, a famous pastry shop, an excellent Italian caterer, good restaurants nearby.
