Note: This is a HOSTED rental. Welcome to our cozy, sun-drenched home. This simple private bedroom is perfect for two. With the beach and subway a few steps away, you can take a stroll on the beach or explore the city in just about an hour. We are right by a Stop & Shop, Thai Kitchen by the Sea, Boardwalk Pizzeria & Restaurant, Dunkin' Donuts, Breakwater Surf Co., and more within a 10 minute drive away. This place is good for solo adventurers, surfers, couples, business travelers, and families. The space Our comfy and spacious home is conveniently located right by the beach and the A train with plenty of natural lighting. This is a small, but simple and cozy bedroom with a queen sized bed, work desk, and a large walk-in closet. We also provide fresh and clean sheets, towels, and basic toiletries. Guest access There is access to a full kitchen - for you to cook when needed, the dining area - where you can enjoy your food, and the living room - if you need to relax and watch TV. These areas will be shared spaces. During your stay I'm mostly home during the weekends and work during the week, but please don't hesitate to contact me with any questions.
