Etxe Arrosa

Etxe Arrosa (Arrosa house in Basque) is a place we wanted to be open to all travelers, tourists for a day or always. If its primary function is to be a "Homestay", according to your request the house is transformed into a cottage to accommodate your group or your large family. You will have 5 independent bedrooms on the 1st floor along a hallway, and a large ground floor consisting of the living room, dining room and kitchen. Parties are forbidden in the house. We have added a sound meter in the common room, it is set to warn you that above the indicated volume you become a nuisance to the neighbors and that they are entitled to complain about it. This device records noise levels, it must not be turned off or unplugged. We have created a Site Plan, for public parking in the village square, it is of course not "official", all places are public, but it is highly recommended to respect it.
