Less than a minute walk and you'll find yourself in the middle of the city centre. Renovated to a high standard with your comfort in mind, we have everything you need for a perfect stay, including free city centre parking! The space The property is accessed directly from a quiet side street. After stepping into the small entrance hall and hanging up your coat, you'll find the spacious living room, with a comfy sofa and large Smart TV which includes a Sky TV package and Netflix. The dining area is centred with a large table, comfortably seating six, making the house a great choice for groups. The modern kitchen comes with the usual appliances all for your convenience. Upstairs, to the first floor, you'll find two bedrooms, both with double beds, built in wardrobes and a dressing table. The bathroom is also on this floor, with a shower over the bath. Heading upstairs again, up the hidden staircase, you'll find the third and final bedroom, another double with plenty of storage space and a dressing table. Our mattresses, duvets and pillows have all recently been upgraded to hotel quality for your comfort and a great night sleep. Outside there is a small rear private courtyard. Guest access Guests have private access to the entire property, including the free allocated parking space. If you need more than one space, there is a pay and display car park across the road. We try to ensure enough supplies are left for the duration of your stay, however, for longer bookings, items will not be replenished throughout your stay. The items supplied can be subject to change and the photographs shown are intended to provide an example only. The cleaning fee charged covers the cost of the changeover following your check out. This includes a deep clean of the property, along with the bed linen and towel hire for your stay, and the commercial waste disposal and recycling. Please note 100% of the cleaning fee charged is paid to our cleaning, laundry, and waste management suppliers.
