Grand Pudpichaya is the latest addition to the Pudpichaya family. Able to sleep up to 12 guests, this large, modern, luxurious villa offers four bedrooms, four ensuite bathrooms, an open plan living room, kitchen and dining area and a host of other features. Grand Pudpichaya is fully air-conditioned, beautifully decorated throughout and boasts the sort of amenities guaranteed to please the most discerning guest. Grand Pudpichaya is the ultimate in private luxury for larger group bookings. The space Grand Pudpichaya features a 10 metre swimming pool (salt system) together with a poolside terrace for guests to enjoy and relax as they contemplate their sun-tans or simply read a book in the shade. In addition, Grand Pudpichaya offers a modern out-door Thai style kitchen and barbecue area for those who like to cook up a storm and dine al fresco. Grand Pudpichaya boasts a comfortably furnished private entertainment room separate from the main building and features a 60” SMART TV, Karaoke system, DVD Player, and refrigerator. Guest access Guests are free to access all the facilities that Grand Pudpichaya provides. Other things to note Please Note: Listed booking charges are for a maximum of 10 adults (including children over 8 years-old). Additional adults and children over 3 years of age will incur extra charges as agreed with the owner prior to confirmation of your booking. A maximum number of 12 persons including children can be catered for. Children under 3 years of age are free. Pets of any kind are not allowed on the premises under any circumstances. A security deposit of 8,000THB will be required at check-in and refunded in cash on check out. Additional Guests: Your booking is for the number of guests advised by you when making your reservation and confirmed as such by Pudpichaya. Additional guests who have NOT been notified to us prior to your arrival will be charged at THB1,000 per adult, per night, andTHB500 per child (under 8 years-old, children over that age will charged at the adult rate) per night for the period of time booked - this is to cover additional housekeeping, laundry, use of facilities, etc. On check-in, should the number of persons exceed the maximum occupancy of Grand Pudpichaya (12 persons) we reserve the right to cancel the booking forthwith. In this event, any monies paid in advance will not be subject to a refund. Electricity is not included as part of your booking charges. An electricity meter reading for the property will be taken at the start and at the end of the guest's stay. A usage charge will be calculated via the property's own power meter for the amount of electricity used during the length of the stay and will be deducted from the security deposit at check-out. The calculation is based on a rate of THB7 per Kwh.
