Peaceful mountain retreat with private entrance

This newly renovated gem is in the historic South Park neighborhood, close to favorite local spots. A unique city retreat! Separate room & bath, private exterior entry, basic kitchenette. Multifunction room with new king size mattress. Beautiful views of the mountains out of spacious windows, & vaulted ceiling. Large shower, ideal for people of all sizes. Fenced yard - no pet fees! Huge flatscreen TV with Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, ESPN. Super fast WiFi. Coffee provided! Free parking. The space The room is freshly painted with new flooring. It has large windows overlooking the mountainside of Morgantown. In the morning, the fog that rises from the river valley is gorgeous. The ceiling is vaulted, giving the space an even larger feel. The area is super quiet, so you won't have to deal with loud neighbors or music. You'll have a coffee maker with full coffee supplies, mini fridge, microwave, and air fryer. There is a desk with room for your laptop for remote work, and super fast Wi-Fi (300-600 mbps). Ideal for short or long visits! You and your pets will have all the comforts of home! No pet fees because I know the pains of traveling with pets. You and your furry (or scaley) friends are welcome! The fenced in yard is the perfect size for your dog to run and play, or just go out for a quick potty in the middle of the night. Cats love the huge picture windows where they can bird-watch. My goal is to help you come and go with ease, whether you are here for 1 night or 100. I'm easily accessible, but will not be in your space. I'm happy to take your lead on how much or how little interaction you want. You'll have ample off-street parking right in front of the house. No need to hike a block or two just to get to your car! The driveway can accommodate small or large vehicles. Also, there are lawn chairs and a fire pit, if you'd like to sit outside and enjoy the outdoors! Just let me know ahead of time if you want to use the fire pit, and I'll have it stocked and ready. Use at your own risk :). Guest access You will have access to the entire room, closet, and bathroom. There is a small coffee maker, fridge, microwave, and air fryer. Plates and utensils included! Coffee, tea, and hot chocolate, plus mugs to stay or to-go cups to bring it on the road! Longer-term guests (staying 5 days or more) may be able to use the full kitchen and laundry in the main house, but this is approved only on a case-by-case basis and must be determined prior to check-in. Other things to note The backyard is fully fenced in and is suitable for dogs of any size. If your dog is smaller or is an "escape artist" then I suggest keeping an eye on them while they're in the backyard because a determined dog might find a way out of the fence. It hasn't happened before, but I always suggest caution if a dog is eager to escape! My dog, Grizzly, no longer goes into the backyard to go potty because he struggles with stairs due to arthritis. So, you won't have to worry about dog interactions in the backyard. But, you may hear Grizzly barking when you arrive; don't mind him, he's all bark, and loves humans (not so keen on other animals). All guests must have an Airbnb account and added to the reservation. More than 2 guests in one reservation requires advanced approval. For guests staying longer-term, there are 2 sets of linens you can cycle through and I will gladly launder the used set once you are ready to swap!
