Enjoy the sea view, the beautiful garden with trampoline and soccer goal, the game room with playstation, table tennis and table soccer and dive into the infinity pool with sea view (approx. 10m x 3.70m; heatable, pool closed from 1.11. to 28.2.). Dive into the pulsating life of Opatija or enjoy the terrace with a stunning view over the coast and sea of the Kvarner Bay. The space The spacious living room offers you a stunning view onto the sea. Here you can relax in the warm atmosphere of a house, but still enjoy the view onto Opatija and Rijeka. The living room is also equipped with a fire place. The designer kitchen offers all the equipment you need to prepare a delicious meal for your family or friends. The kitchen is integrated into the living area. In the first floor, there are four comfortable bedrooms, an additional "guest couch" is available downstairs in an extension to the living room that is a bit separate.
