Whether you're looking for a single night or romantic getaway our beautiful Suite is a perfect solution. With over 860sq you will have plenty of room to stretch out & relax. A private entrance, large kept & shaded backyard & pool (Late May to Sept) allows you to enjoy outdoor living in the evenings, peaceful days & the best start with your morning coffee. The suite is fully contained & private from the main house, with WiFi, TV, A/C, microwave, fridge & coffee. The space *** Maybe fresh fruit & pastries, homemade waffles or freshly baked breads *** We offer all guests a beautiful doorstop delivered breakfast included with their stay, simply let us know the night before. The main room has a bed, sofa bed, table and large TV. A dining table, kitchen countertop, and fireplace. Located close to the Nebraska State Fair, Fonner Park Complex, Heartland Events Center, Bosselman Conference Center and many other great entertainment areas. Enjoy plenty of inside and outside space all while being minutes away from downtown, bars, restaurants and concert and sport event areas. Our backyard is our indulgent oasis... * In the winter enjoy either of our fire pits (gas & wood), * In the summer our resort style in-ground pool (Late May to Early Sept) and sundeck, * 365 days a year enjoy our heated sunken hot tub. (Heating charge Oct through May) We live onsite with 3 of our 5 children and the backyard is enjoyed by them, us and our friends, a perfect family retreat. Guest access You'll have access to your private entrance room, secured with a keypad, after entering the one-acre backyard via a side yard gate. Enjoy the expansive yard featuring eight mature trees, a sitting area with patio furniture and lighting, the heated in-ground pool (available late May to early September, dates may vary), and the hot tub, along with a relaxing hammock. Other things to note Washing and drying services are available for a small fee. Dogs are welcome, but there is an additional fee; registered service dogs are free. Please arrange this in advance. We have two friendly dogs on the property. We enjoy greeting all guests and will meet you upon arrival to show you around.
