Studio condo unit. Ideal for small family and group. Kitchen and utensils available to complete the homey experience. Short 15 minute drive to the city amidst the smell of Pine trees. List of inclusions: queen bed with mattress, dining table and chairs, sofa bed, TV set (bring your own flash drive for movies), refrigerator, electric burner, electric kettle, rice cooker, hot and cold shower. Plus towels, complimentary basic toiletries-- to make you feel truly at home! The space Staying in a quiet— away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Baguio— is a breather! The condo unit gives every traveller a satisfying feeling of peace and space. Guest access Due to the ongoing pandemic restrictions, short-term rental is allowed— minimum of 4 nights, max of 3 pax only. This is to avoid various contacts with different guests. For list of entry requirements, you may refer to Baguio City official FB page. Other things to note Whatever is in the unit may be used by guests. Please take note, too, that I charge Php250 as cleaning fee. This is not added here in your booking— as the cleaning fee shall be paid directly to the unit’s helper, Manang Norma, upon check out. Hence, feel free to ask for any cleaning errands my helper can extend to you.
