Very good location in Neuville de Poitou, Bellefois district, 10 min to Futuroscope and Arena room (A10 exit), 30 min to Center Parcs, 1 hr to Poitevin marsh. Thursday and Sunday markets, all shops and restaurants nearby. Fully equipped studio for 2 people (note: bed between 3 walls, so max 190 cm). Option to park a car in our yard. The space The accommodation is new and designed to bring you maximum comfort in a minimum of space! It is fully equipped and the decor is neat to make you feel good. Guest access You can park a car in our yard. Small errands (bakery, fresh produce store, restaurant, tobacco bar, etc.) can be accomplished on foot. Other things to note The accommodation is on the edge of the road but once the door is closed, there is no more noise.
