You have to be experienced driving in the snow if you are renting December-March. If you happen upon a snowstorm while you are here, all wheel drive vehicle and snow tires are a MUST. You may have to shovel the path to the driveway if it snows a lot. You have to generally be self sufficient up here... We have a house cat and he remains here at all times. He is friendly but independent, we only ask that you feed him twice a day.
