The neighborhood is very quiet. The studio is located upstairs, the entrance is through the main door of the house. It is about 17 m2. Independence assured to cook and take a shower (cabin). Toilets are on the landing and will need to be shared with family members (if there) The house is in a very good location: close to the sea and on a quiet street, close to all accesses (airport, train station, expressways, shops, Brest city center...). Guest access Having recently retired, I reserve the common areas of the house (living room-dining room-kitchen-terrace) on the ground floor. In good weather, the garden is nice and there is on one side of the house a small corner of my garden specifically reserved for tenants of the studio, chairs and 1 table are at your disposal and you can install them according to the sunshine.
