This charmingly furnished guest suite includes all furnishings and some housewares (linens for bed and bath, dishes, housewares). Windows on front and back of house. Includes living area, one bedroom, plus full bath. Kitchen includes refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, crockpot, cook top, oven and all kitchen items needed. Lots of storage space: two large closets, a pantry and a walk-in bedroom closet. Washer and dryer. Bathtub with shower. It is located in a safe, highly desirable, centrally located area of Roanoke. (Cave Spring / SW Roanoke County, just off Electric Road). Convenient to shopping, major roads, etc... Rent includes all utilities, water, heat and wireless internet. Guest access You will have access to the entire guest suite. Outdoor space, patio, gardens and parking are shared with host and any guests the host may have. Other things to note Your guest suite is your own private space. The outdoor gardens and patio spaces are shared with me and any other guests I have visiting. I have 2 other individual, private acccesory spaces: a private guest room in the main house. another accessory unit situated near woods. All rentals are individual and spaced apart so privacy is available. People may or may not interact with others. If preferred and due to property layout, social distancing is easily accomplished. The garden setting has room to spread out; the setting is quiet and private with wild life and nature, while being close to amenities you might want or need. Please be advised that a Standards of Cleanliness Document provided for guests of more than one month. . The expectation is that you will clean the home as if it is your own home. If you are unable to or do not have time or inclination, we hope you will allow us to connect you to the regular cleaning personnel for you to hire. This applies to anyone who stays more than one month. The Standards of Cleanliness is included with the House Manual when you arrive. Please do respect the space by cleaning up after yourself; by using caution if using foods and beverages that might stain, such as red wine, pizza, soda on surfaces, etc. Please protect sheets, counters and furniture from staining caused by excess perfumes, conditioners, makeup, facial medications, nail polish and body oils/lubricants. Please clean up after yourself in all public areas. Especially clean kitchen and dining area well after cooking and eating. Cleaning supplies for bathroom are stored in bathrooms. Hand sanitizer and disinfectants are provided for cleaning and regular use.
