Cottage in the heart of Betws Snowdonia

A cosy stone cottage in the centre of Betws-y-Coed , walk, pubs, restaurants right on the doorstep zip world and high. The cottage is well equipped . The kitchen-diner is brilliant for socialising. There is a separate snug great for quiet and reading time. There is no Tv in this room . The master bedroom is ensuite. The twin bedroom and the second double have views over the river. The property benefits from an additional small downstairs toilet and lots off road parking. The space The Old Surgery, based in Snowdonia's most popular tourist destination. The property is right in the middle of the village so everything is walkable but os very quiet . It is also ideally located for Penrhyn Quarry's zip lines and the underground trampoline in Blaenau Ffestiniog. As well as the beautiful town of Conwy and Llandudno zip,mountain biking trails and Snowdon. It has been renovated to a high standard. As well as the large open-plan living space, there is a separate snug . The three main bedrooms (one en suite) are located on the first floor and comprise 2 doubles and 1 twin room. The main bathroom is also found on the first floor, while there is a further WC on the ground floor. This is the ideal base to enjoy the beautiful village of Betws-y-Coed and for exploring the splendours of the Snowdonia National Park. Guest access The entire cottage is available to you. Other things to note There are seating areas to the front of the cottage but please be considerate of our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. Check out is 10am but you are free to leave your cars in the private parking area until 1pm on your final day. If you require Early check from 2.30pm there is an additional £15 charge, likewise late check out -11am can be arranged for an additional £15 surcharge this must be per-arranged. Wherever possible this will be accommodated. Many holiday homes do not offer short weekend stays as cleaning and laundry costs make it unprofitable. We are happy to offer short, two-night stays. We allow up to two dogs per party but prefer them to be crated at night. Any damage caused by pets will be charged and we ask you to clean up any poop and place it in the outside bin provided. Dogs are NOT permitted in the bedrooms or snug; an automatic charge of £50 if it is reported that the dogs have been on the beds . Dogs must remain in uncarpeted areas of the cottage for the duration of your stay or you risk being charged for replacement bedding as laundrettes will not accept laundry with pet hairs.i
