The apartment is functional, it is composed of a spacious entrance with storage, a cocooning bedroom with comfortable double bed (140cm wide) and its 2 bedside tables (sheets provided). Open kitchen with dining area, it is equipped with an induction hob, fridge, mini oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster (coffee pods and tea provided). Living room with sofa bed (160cm wide) to accommodate one to two additional people (sheets, duvet and pillows on request), Wifi, board games, TV with Canal+ and Netflix. Bathroom with wall-mounted toilet and walk-in shower (towels and hairdryer included). We also provide a location in common areas to store your bikes, scooters, etc. A washing machine and dryer are available UPON REQUEST. Possibility to subscribe in addition to a cleaning fee that saves you from doing it yourself. Guest access Guests can check in and check out independently using a key box. Once your reservation has been confirmed, you will receive the access codes on the afternoon of your visit. We live there if we need to.
