We will be happy to spoil you in our historically protected 1920s country house, which we have lovingly renovated and adapted to today's standards. Our family room consists of a double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds, both with TVs, a large private bathroom with access from the hallway. We serve breakfast with jams, bread and homemade cakes in the garden with breathtaking views. The space In the garden, several seating areas offer space to linger. There is also a common living room on the ground floor. I am also happy to recommend tours to my guests to visit the typical medieval "villages", such as our own Ripatransone, or Acquaviva Picena, Offida, Montalto, Grottammare, Cupra and the famous provincial capital Ascoli Piceno with its "Piazza del Popolo" and the famous Caffè Meletti, as well as many others. Ripatransone has also recently become one of the recommended cycling routes in the Marche region. From here, various tours set off on the hills through the medieval villages. Not far from here, various shops offer the rental of racing bicycles or mountain bikes, including electric ones. Guest access The B&B is 13 km from Grottammare with its organized beaches and various chalets offering lunches and dinners based on fresh fish. In the evening, you can stroll along the seafront with its evening markets in Cupra Marittima, Grottammare, San Benedetto del Tronto up to Porto d'Ascoli. Or you can go shopping in San Benedetto del Tronto with its special boutiques or in the various shopping centers in the area. A bus stop is in the immediate vicinity, but I recommend using a car. Various wine cellars and oil mills, as well as cured meats and cheeses shops offer their quality products. During your stay I can also recommend itineraries to visit our most beautiful medieval villages, such as our own Ripatransone, Acquaviva Picena, Offida, Montalto, Grottammare, Cupra and the famous city of Ascoli Piceno with its Piazza del Popolo and the legendary Café Meletti, and many others. Ripatransone has recently become part of the cycling routes of the Piceno ring. From my house you can set off on various routes through the historic villages on the Piceno hills. A few kilometers away you can rent racing bikes or even electric MBs.
