The Piggeries, Zennor, St Ives Rural Location

Our pretty barn conversion is located just outside the rural & picturesque village of Zennor in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It stands behind our farmhouse overlooking the fields, with views down to the sea. It has a large open plan kitchen/living room with a log burner, 1 bedroom & bathroom. It is newly converted to a very high standard. Many beautiful walks & sandy beaches all around us. The space The Piggeries have been lovingly restored to create a beautiful rural retreat. It has a private open patio area for sitting out and enjoying the views, when sunny the patio benefits from having sun all day long and into the evening, a real sun trap! The kitchen area is large with stone worktops and all the equipment and appliances you should need, including a Nespresso coffee machine. The living room with its Oak beams and high ceilings feels light and airy. It has double doors out onto the patio area and a log fire for those cosy winter nights. The sofa converts into a bed for an extra guest if needed. The bed is king sized with a top quality mattress. The fresh cotton linen and towels are all provided. The bathroom has an large enclosed double head shower and beautiful ‘Fired Earth’ tiles. The property benefits from underfloor heating throughout and super fast broadband. Parking is immediately in front of the property. We can supply a cot and a high chair. Points to note: No mobile signal (apart from EE and BT) but we have superfast broad band and most phone companies allow wifi calls which you can set up with your phone provider. Also the 'what's app' app allows wifi calling and messaging. We have a very friendly Cocker Spaniel Dog called Millie and a Cat called Rose. Cattle sometimes graze in the fields around the house. Guest access You can use the whole property and the garden. It is for your sole use. Other things to note EV Charger You are welcome to use our shared EV Charger. You will need to let us know before you wish to charge so we can ensure that it is free. Our charger is a pod point and programmed to charge over night when the rate is cheapest. (It will not come on until the scheduled times, you just need to plug your vehicle in and we will ensure it charges over night) We can record your usage and then send a total to be paid at the end of your stay. Cutlery Drawer This drawer is inside the big drawer which contains the saucepans. To the right hand side of the cooker!
