The space The apartment features a private entrance and includes a spacious living room, a bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchenette, and a large patio connected to a small garden. It can accommodate up to four people in a romantic atmosphere, and free parking is available nearby. We adore the authenticity of this region, where the climate is mild and the countryside is peaceful. We also appreciate the rich culinary tradition that has emerged from the fusion of many local cuisines, some of which are among the oldest in Italy. If you love nature, you can take long walks in the Apuan Alps, go horseback riding in the hills, go rafting or fishing in the Magra River, and during the autumn season, the forest of Fornoli is a paradise for mushroom hunters. Guest access The apartment features a separate entrance, a stone patio furnished with garden furniture and a parasol. The backyard offers views of a forest of acacia trees, filled with fireflies on summer evenings. Access to an outdoor stone oven for BBQ in the garden is included. EQUIPMENT You will find a lovely kitchenette equipped with various appliances (fridge, microwave, dishwasher) and everything needed to prepare breakfast: a mocha espresso maker, a French press, a kettle, and a toaster. There's a desk in the living room, and WIFI connection is available throughout the apartment and on the patio. The bathroom features a new walk-in shower with hydromassage jets. A washing machine, hairdryer, iron, linens, and towels are provided; we want you to be sure you'll find everything you need at any time of the day. On the patio, there is a complete garden set, perfect for sunbathing in the tranquility of the Lunigianese forest. The BBQ in the outdoor stone oven is available for use. BEDS The main bed is a very comfortable queen-size (140x200cm) with an orthopedic memory foam mattress. There are also two regular single beds: one in the antechamber and one in the living room. We can provide a crib upon request for children aged 0-5 years. Linens are included and will be changed after seven nights.
