Just two blocks from Plaza de Mariano Melgar, 10 minutes from shopping malls, banks, markets, restaurants, etc. A 24-minute walk from Arequipa's Plaza de Armas and the main tourist attractions. The apartment has a 48” Smart TV with cable, Netflix, Youtube, high-speed WiFi, refrigerator, microwave oven, rice cooker, iron, first aid kit, closet in the rooms, hot water, etc. Our entertainment room has a 48” Smart TV, sound system, video games, grill, table games such as ping pong, mini pool table, darts, frog; and you will have access to the 3 terraces with different environments with stunning views of Arequipa, especially the Misti volcano, all adorned with works of art that will give you a unique experience. The place is ideal for people traveling in couples or small groups. Four people can easily be accommodated in the two bedrooms. The apartment is in a condominium where my family and I live, so we'll be available for whatever you need. We offer a laundry area on the main terrace, you can also include the apartment cleaning service and breakfast for an additional price, we have a shuttle service from the airport to the apartment and vice versa at an affordable price. We help you with any food and beverage delivery service you need. We have a circuit of cameras outside with 24-hour surveillance and alarm for everyone's safety. Guest access Our guests can access the apartment completely independently and share our entertainment room, terraces, garage and laundry. You can find mini-markets and shops near the apartment, as well as the Altiplano market/fair a few blocks away where you can buy everything you need to make your stay the most pleasant. At Cataleya House, we believe in caring for the environment and using renewable energy. We encourage recycling, and our hot water system is based on solar panels and a gas water heater, as is the lighting on the terraces.
