This well appointed space is perfect families and groups seeking a neighborhood retreat after experiencing all downtown Chicago has to offer. The space The 2nd Floor apartment features Three bedrooms; two full beds, one queen, and two foldouts in the den to accommodate a total of eight guests. Extra pillows and linens are readily accessible in the unit The bathroom was recently renovated and features a curb-less walk-in shower. Towels, washcloths, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion are provided in the unit. The full service kitchen is appointed with refrigerator/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, gas stove and oven, coffee maker, toaster, and cooking and serving implements. The apartment includes in-unit laundry and dryer, central heating and AC. High-speed Wi-Fi access and Roku TV are included with your stay. Safety is a priority. The smoke alarms and fire extinguishers are regularly inspected and batteries replaced. The automated lock codes for accessing the building and unit are changed between each guests. The exterior building entrances are under 24-hour video surveillance. Guest access Guests are afforded keyless entry to both the building and the unit with a automated keypad locks, code to which are changed between each guest. Other things to note We have owned and lived at this property since 2016 and take a great deal of personal pride in building and the quality of stay we afford our guests and tenants. This is our only short term rental property and we manage it ourselves.
