The first floor, where the rooms, kitchen, living room and bathroom are located, is for the guests. The terraces and patio are also for your exclusive use. I live on the ground floor and work in the garden frequently. Other things to note No WIFI. There is no parking but it is very easy to park next to the house. The first floor is accessed by stairs.
