Cozy up next to the wood fireplace or open up all the windows for a wonderful sea breeze. Moments from the famous Spit to Manly walk and a 10 minute walk to Fairlight beach. Walk 2 blocks to bus stops, the Balgowlah shops and cafes. We are excited about sharing our special home with others. The space Renovated turn of the century house. Has the charm of a begone era but all the mod cons including double AEG ovens, Smeg dishwasher, Melie washer & dryer, integrated fridge, downdraft range hood and gas cooktop. Gas & wood burning fireplaces in living areas and AC & heating in most rooms. Guest access The entire house is available for you for the duration of your stay. Guests are welcome to use bikes, paddle board and boogie boards. Other things to note We do have a resident cat and three Silkie chickens. Though the cat will not be on the premises please be aware that no amount of cleaning will remove all cat hair on furniture (in case anyone is really allergic to cats). There are no fly screens on any of the windows. We have a long staircase to access all bedrooms so little children need to be supervised. Access to house on both street and laneway require climbing stairs. We also have a great treehouse for children to enjoy but need supervision.
