The holiday home offers self-catering accommodation for 8 guests in 4 bedrooms each with their own bathroom. This unique holiday home is a fully equipped, self-catering home away from home with a Safari-chic theme with a pool table, dart board and spectacular views. This holiday home is perfect for group bookings. The space Bedrooms are spacious, elegantly decorated in Safari-chic theme, equipped with roof fans. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. Two of the rooms are fitted with a bathtub overlooking the amazing Magaliesburg mountains and have an outside open-roof shower. The other two rooms are fitted with a walk-in shower. Bath towels and linen are provided. Soap is provided in the showers and at the basins. The kitchen is equipped with a chest freezer and double door restaurant style fridge, gas stove with electric oven, microwave, and is fully equipped for self-catering guests. There is plenty of entertainment space. A patio with built-in braai, open plan lounge area, dining room, and kitchen. This unit is the highest up on the mountain, offering guests privacy and a breath-taking view. The home is on the mountain, in the bush, surrounded by wildlife. Guest access The entire 8 Sleeper Holiday Home is exclusively for the use and enjoyment of your group for the period of your booking. Other things to note Once your booking is finalized we will reach out to you and send you the guest information pack and directions document. Your booking includes a holding refundable security and key deposit. Damage reports will be submitted to Airbnb and the necessary deductions will be made against your holding deposit by Airbnb. Daily cleaning is available as an optional extra per day- please let us know if you would like optional daily cleaning and we will request the additional payment against your booking online. If elected, the Holiday house will be cleaned once daily- dishes are washed, bedrooms are cleaned and holiday house is cleaned. The 8 Sleeper Holiday Home can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests. Penalties will be imposed for guest count in excess of 8, against the holding deposit. *Other things to note*: Bath towels and linen are provided. No linen or towels are permitted outside. Please inform us which of the 4 rooms you prefer King or single- we can amend the rooms to suit your requirements in this regard. The unit is not particularly child-friendly and parents are reminded to watch their children. The holiday house is within walking distance from the 8 Sleeper Holiday home and its swimming pool do not have covers. There are stairs in and around the unit without baby gates. No Smoking inside the unit. Check-in is from 2pm to 6pm and check-out is strictly at 10am with penalties imposed for late check-out which will be deducted against the holding deposit
