House in Purchil

The accommodation is located in Vegas del Genil (Purchil) in the Vega de Granada. It is very well connected to the city with different accesses depending on the area you are going to. Granada city is 6 km away, Sierra Nevada 37 km, the coast 60 km by highway and the airport 12 km. The house has two floors. On the ground floor there is an entrance that distributes to the left a bathroom and kitchen, and entering in front a living room with two rooms. The living room leads to the upper floor and courtyard. The space The upper floor has two rooms with a private bathroom each. The master bedroom has a large 160x200 bed and access to a 10m2 terrace overlooking the courtyard. It is a very nice place to sunbathe in winter and as a reading corner at sunset in summer. The second room has 2 beds of 90cmx190, a built-in closet and a very bright private bathroom. The living room consists of two rooms, an interior with two sofas and a low table (100x90cm) and another very bright room surrounded by windows overlooking the patio. The courtyard of about 45 m2 has a stone table in the center, a booth for heating and storage room at the bottom, a corner bench (work) at the bottom on the right and a flowerbed with a vine and an orange tree.
