The space The accommodation is bright, and is well oriented. It is 34 m² and has an 8 m² loggia that can be closed. The apartment is air-conditioned (reversible air-conditioning) and is broken down as follows: - A living room with open kitchen (Large Refrigerator with freezer, Dishwasher, Microwave, induction hobs, filter coffee machine, plancha in the loggia, Washing machine). In the living room, you will find the seating area with its sofa and flat screen TV. The sofa in the living room is convertible (rapido 140 x 190), and can allow a sleeping area via the curtains provided for this purpose (see photo). - A closed bedroom with storage and sea view through its window.
