Imagine you and your family relaxing by the pool, barbecuing after a lovely day at the beach. This is our home so it is fully equipped. You will enjoy the restaurants and nightlife nearby. You'll love the location, the top class decor and the spaciousness and comfort. The 5 minute walk to the beach and the great walking and bike trails will keep everyone happy. .Ducted a/c throughout the house will keep everyone cool or warm, dependant upon the season. The space You will absolutely love your stay at our house at Henley Beach South. The house nearly new so it's very clean, modern and beautifully furnished. We have unlimited internet. The house has 5 tvs, three of which are large screen tvs and 4 of the tvs have Netflix options. There are two separate living areas. There are 2 king bedrooms and 2 queen bedrooms The beds and pillows are all extremely comfortable. The air-conditioning is ducted to all rooms, brilliantly cool in summer and cosy and warm in the winter. The a/c can be adjusted in each room. There are ceiling fans in every room. There is also a fully equipped walk-in pantry. The master bedroom with ensuite bathroom will delight guests. The outdoor area has a BBQ, a solar heated pool [for summer usage] and remote controlled blinds around the outside dining area to provide extra shade if required. The three bedrooms upstairs are all double sized and the three way bathroom is great for sharing as the toilet, basin and shower/bath are in three separate rooms. The huge, extra living area upstairs has a balcony overlooking the park. Other things to note There is room for parking two cars in the driveway and there is always ample street parking. There is a bus stop that's a few minutes walk or you can ride a bike along the river to the city if you like exercising. Some guests who prefer to avoid grocery shopping have organised Coles online shopping and delivery .
