My place is close to public transportation. You'll love my place because of the views, the location, and the atmosphere. My place is good for couples and families (with kids). It is close to the most beautiful beach in Simius, which can be seen well from the villa (it is 500/600 meters away and can be reached on foot. A beautiful green lawn surrounds the pool and the villa. Numerous beach beds and floats ensure a comfortable usability of the pool. Nice decor. The space The apartment is on the 1st floor of the villa with a separate entrance directly from the street of a very tidy and flowery condominium. In front of the entrance there is a large parking lot. It consists of a living room with a kitchenette and a sofa bed that is accessed from a large terrace equipped with a table, chairs and a barbecue with a beautiful sea view. The beach of Simius, one of the most beautiful in Villasimius, is located in front of the villa about 500 meters away and is easily accessible on foot. From the living room you can access a balcony, with a sea view and a small hallway on which the bathroom is located, the double bedroom and a bedroom with 2 single beds that can be joined to a double bed with another bathroom with access only from the bedroom. The double bedroom has a large balcony also with a sea view. The villa is surrounded by a well-cut green lawn and on the front a 12/13-meter-long swimming pool with beach beds and floating loungers. The furniture is well coordinated. The bedrooms each have an air conditioner. Guest access The garden, pool, and its equipment can be used at all times, respecting the nighttime silence and without asking anyone for permission. Other things to note In the first 15/16/17 days of August, reservations are accepted for at least 2 weeks.
