1 min walk to the beach. Tropical vibes with a pool and games room. Open plan living for entertaining. Perfect for a couples weekend (all 4 bedrooms are set up with King size beds), or families with kids, or groups. Also an additional loft bed in 1 room. Large couch and separate areas to spread out. The space The downstairs area is open plan living, has an entertainers kitchen with large island bench, large L shaped lounge, 58" smart TV (with Netflix), 10 seat dining table, pool table (has a ping pong cover option), 10 seat outdoor dining table on entertainment deck, 2 bathrooms (both have double sinks and monsoonal showers), outdoor shower and large BBQ. The 4 bedrooms all have king size beds and linen and towels are included, pretty much like a hotel. Washing machine and dryer located in the laundry room. Kitchen is fully equipped for entertaining so there's good knives, lots of pots and pans and accessories, pretty much set up for cooking big feasts for 10 people. We have Airbnb Superhost status which is only given out to top hosts. This means we've had lots of people stay, we're trustworthy, the place is as good as it looks, we respond within minutes, we never cancel and our reviews are excellent. All cleaning is done professionally and all linen and towels are cleaned by a commercial laundry. Tesla EV charger on site. Guest access Guests will have access to the whole house excluding private storage rooms. Other things to note The fun police - Whilst the house is configured perfectly for a party, it's a very quiet neighbourhood, so we do have a strict no party policy.
