Come and stay at 'Beach side vibe', located directly opposite the tranquil Silverleaves beach. A beautifully appointed 4 bedroom home with living zones on both levels, where you can relax and unwind in this double storey beach house. Whether it's a short stroll to the famous Silverleaves Cafe, a longer walk into bustling Cowes, or a round of golf up the road, enjoy the warmth and character of our home whilst enjoying all that the island has to offer. The space Our home is tastefully decorated, and ideally suited to a family stay, or for a couple of families looking to share. "Beachside Vibe " is equipped with brand new mattresses and beds, plenty of wardrobe storage, large flat screen TV's, and a reverse cycle air-conditioning upstairs. At the front of the property you'll find a decked area off the living areas on both levels to sit back and relax. Outdoors you will find a BBQ, and a large back yard with table and chairs to enjoy those long, lazy family meals. Ample space for parking your cars is provided in the front grassed areas or nature strip. "Beachside Vibe" is a delightful family holiday destination that is loaded with appeal, and one that you'll be keen to return again and again! Bedding Configuration "Beachside Vibe" is configured to comfortably sleep any combination of adults and children up to a maximum of 8. Bedroom 1 (Downstairs): One Queen bed Bedroom 2 (Upstairs): One Queen bed Bedroom 3 (Upstairs): Two single beds Bedroom 4 (Upstairs): One Queen bed ** Linen Hire ** A standard booking includes doona's with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bath mats. Guests can bring their own sheets (flat and fitted), pillow cases and towels, or opt to pay extra for this 'optional linen'. In order to protect our mattresses, beds must be fully made with either your mattress protector, or ours. This gives peace of mind to future guests that the mattresses have been protected and are in optimum condition for their stay. The cost to provide optional linen is a once off fee per stay of $70 per queen/double bed and $40 per single bed. Therefore, total linen hire for the house per stay is $290 for a complete house booking of 8 people. Should you wish to include the option of towels being provided also, an additional cost of $12.50 per person would be charged, or $100 in total for a complete house booking of 8 people Please advise us if you would like this additional service. Therefore for a full house linen hire, the cost is $390 Peak Periods Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, check in times are set as 2pm (unless by prior arrangement). Please also note that if you choose the optional linen hire over these times, it may involve linen being left out, but beds not being made up. Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies Please note that this house is set in a quiet residential area. Requests for Schoolies bookings will not be considered. Large groups exceeding the 8 person house limit will not be accepted. If either ouselves or a neighbour contacts us with concerns about an excessive sized group using our house, we will contact you requesting this be rectified. If you are unable to respect this request please do not enquire or book. Thank you. Guest access Guests will have full access to the entire property, with exception to the back garage, and 2 locked cupboards downstairs used to store linen and supplies.
