Enjoy the beautiful decor of this well appointed home, rest, work, and find adventures. Downtown Sptbg: 4min 🚗 12 min 🚲 30 min 🚶‍♂️. Queen size bed. Stream TV. WiFi. Full use of kitchen, den, dining table, washer & dryer. Curbside parking. The space Rentals requested longer than two days I need these questions answered: Are you in town for work or? Can you tell me about yourself? Did you read and understand the house rules and information? Be sure. For longer than a week, we need to have a video phone discussion. It’s not a private space but communal living with two Airbnb rooms with a shared bathroom and us as a couple. We have our own bathroom. We need to be assured that you/anyone understands the house rules and information and that our personalities work together as we’ll be sharing our home for an extended period of time with you and whomever. Guest access In addition to your room, feel free to use all the public areas of our home. Wash your clothes, make a meal, sit in the den, and layout in the sun or use the fire pit. During your stay I’m very accessible. Feel free to message me or call me if I’m not at home and you have a need or question.
