Centrally located to Trendy Cafes, Restaurants as well as all the major supermarkets, fashion retailers, banks and medical centres. Located in a quiet neighbourhood this guest house is hidden away and offers a very private quiet space for both work and relaxation. Guest access Access to the guesthouse is by self check in. The alpha/numeric code will be provided prior to your arrival. There is parking at the door. Guests have the whole guesthouse to themselves, including a generous pitched roof covered back deck and spacious enclosed & private tree lined back yard. Other things to note Please be aware as per AirBNB policy and local council regulations the property you book as a guest is for guests only. PARTIES ARE NOT PERMITTED. Guests need also to be aware that when NSW is in the middle of a severe drought our dam water levels drop to record low levels. This puts us on Level 2 water restrictions which means we need to cut back on our water usage. We provide you with air conditioning. During times of high temperatures we need to minimise our electricity usage, (just as we do with our water usage), to prevent blackouts and brownouts. Please only use items such as air conditioning where necessary and set temperatures to 24 degrees. Every degree set below this sends our electricity bills sky high.
