The entire property is great & I adore this second floor unit. It is just minutes to Main St, 5 min to SUNY Oneonta or Hartwick & 7 min to Cooperstown AllStar Fields. It’s a bright & colorful space full of light with 3 great bedrooms on one side of the flat with dressers, suitcase stands & closets while the living, dining, kitchen is on the other, giving the space a lovely feel. With an inviting front porch & back area with loads of seating, it’s a great place for sunset and making memories :) The space has amazing light and flow! The right side of the front porch that will be for this unit. You also have a second 3 season private porch from your living room. The ceilings are lovely and tall and the whole place is so open , full of light and joyful color. The flat is private and entirely yours as is the second floor porch. The front porch has two sides, one for each unit, and there are stairs that lead back to the parking area for your car as well as the large shared backyard. The back yard has multiple seating and eating areas so you will have the ability to grab a corner and enjoy the quiet. I am always available via text and have friends in town to help if needed.
