The quiet - a modern home with a magical location

Welcome to Stillheten. Here you live in the middle of nature in a modern, small, luxurious house with a magnificent view of the Skåne landscape. With Skrylle's exercise trails close by, you can hike, pick mushrooms, orienteer, cycle or just be in silence. Bathe in the wood-fired hot tub under the stars while the deer graze on the slope in front. In the evening, you can enjoy a fire with a good dinner or watch a movie on the house's smart TV. Getting here is easy by bike, by bus or by car from Lund/Malmö. The space You can use the whole house and the uninsulated guest house. The house consists of a large room (total 60 m2) with a sleeping alcove and a well-equipped kitchen. In addition, you have a beautiful garden of 1200 square meters at your disposal - and of course the entire nature reserve around. The house has three permanent beds (double bed 180 cm + single bed 120 cm), in the guest house there is a bunk bed with two sturdy mattresses that can easily be placed on the floor in the main house or during the summer half-year can be used in their beds in the guest house. Guests need to bring their own bed linens and towels. Guest access House with all the amenities Guest house - (uninsulated, used May-August). Please note that it is not possible to get to the house by taxi or to order food delivery to the house as there is a locked gate 3000m from the house that only guests can pass. Other things to note There is fiber connection and fast Wi-Fi. In the home there is a food compost and containers for source sorting. Tenants undertake to sort the garbage for the least possible climate impact. Good systems for this are available. The bathroom has a modern composting toilet that works optimally. No smell or discomfort - only positive for the garden that gets to take part in this for the summer greenery. The guests clean up before departure. Cleaning products, dishwashing liquid and vacuum cleaners are available. The tenant brings their own bed linen, towels, shampoo and soap. The water in the tap comes from a deep drilled well (55m down in the mountain). Water samples from September 2020 show, as well as previous measurements, that the water works well as drinking water. A scent/taste of earth and iron is present. To reduce this, you can flush the taps for a while when you arrive.
