Small charming house, fenced in the countryside and ideally located. Pets accepted free of charge. Not suitable for infants & people with limited mobility. Close to all amenities. 4 minutes from the Iles de Payré (place to walk along the water). 20 minutes from Poitiers Sud & the Valley of the Monkeys. Futuroscope 40 min. Marais Poitevin, Abbey of St Savin 1 hour. La Rochelle 1 hr 15 min. You can enjoy the grounds to relax, eat outside… Our bikes, molkky, other games are at your disposal. The space Our small house is located 4 minutes from the city of Couhé with all amenities. 10 minutes from Vivonne and 20 minutes from Poitiers Sud. Located in the countryside, you can sit by the fireplace in winter and on the deckchairs in summer. Our little house is on our property but everyone has their own space. Our 4-legged friends are welcome free of charge upon prior agreement and provided that certain rules of etiquette are respected (which will be requested and transmitted during our exchanges for the reservation or request for information). Warning: accommodation not suitable for young children (because the stairs leading to the bedroom are VERY STEEP and not secure) and people with reduced mobility. Guest access We provide you with a space with deckchairs, barbecue, (outdoor games for the summer on request.) For the winter you will have a stock (free) of wood to fuel the fireplace (if you want to relax in front of a gentle blaze). Beyond this stock, additional wood will be charged. And bags of pellets for the stove will be provided for your stay. Beyond the stock, (same as for wood) the bags will be charged. Other things to note We can offer you a wellness treatment by appointment to relieve all your physical tension. What are the tools for this treatment? - Your breath, - The hands of a friend who will come to you, (depending on their availability!) - And your intention to free yourself from your tensions.
