Right on the beach is our boat. An old wooden fishing boat became a wonderful place to live by the sea. The view is magnificent. Many animals such as turtles, kingfishers, herons and even flamingos can be observed on the grounds in winter. Only 30 minutes from the Olympian Mountains, you have all the possibilities that the mountains and sea and culture offer! Even in winter, it is cozy with warm duvets, a heat pump and electric radiators. With fast Wi-Fi, ideal for working! The space We converted the old fishing boat into a vacation home and it is only 15 meters from the sea. With large panoramic windows and a particularly cozy lower deck, it is a real experience ideal for families, couples or young groups of up to 6 people. There is also a bathroom and a small kitchen. Guest access The property is located directly on the sandy beach. There are changing rooms on the beach, beach chairs, shower house with toilets and a wheelchair-accessible bathroom in the outdoor area. The washing machine can be used (€3). A small beach bistro offers regional, freshly prepared delicacies. You can enjoy the day with an award-winning wine from the Olympus Wine Route! Other things to note Breakfast is included! Access to the sea is also possible for wheelchair users. We offer you kayaks as well as a four-person canoe for free use. We are open all year. The heat pump allows the house to be cooled in summer and heated in winter. The complex, both some of our houses are accessible. In addition, the path to the sandy beach can be reached and we offer other resources on request. We have guests of Villa Sevasti who use our handicapped beach during the day. Love dogs, cats and donkeys live on our premises. It is not fenced by the direct beach location. Car hire is recommended. Registration Details Exempt
