Apt. on the beach, Rose, Tivat

Apartment is settled on one of the most attractive location in Montenegro, in a quiet small bay of ancient settlement Rose on the peninsula Lustica. Male Rose bay is sheltered from strong waves and each apartment has wi-fi, tv and separate entrance. All apartments have a bathroom, living room with complete kitchen and one or two bedrooms. Distance from parking and cafe-restaurants is on 3-10 minutes walk. We organise transfers from airports Tivat ( 20km), Dubrovnik (56km), and Podgorica (112km). The space For all guests on disposition is a garden, barbecue area, private mall where guests can tie up boats or enjoy the sun, and private small beach in front of the house. Please take a note that to the house access is cca 200m across rocky beach. On the peninsula are also well known beaches: Zanjice, Mamula island, Blue Cave, Mirista, Dobrec, Almara. To Herceg Novi town frequently goes boat "Loro". Medieval town Kotor (UNESCO) is on 20km distance. You’ll love my place because of the light and untouched Mediterrenian nature. House is ideal choice for guests who seeking for a privacy. Also is good choice for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and smaller groups. We will wait you to wish welcome and we will be happy to give any suggest and information you need. Rose is walking area so all cars we leaving on parking which is on entrance of settlement. We practicing to wait our quests on that meeting point (mall on the end of the route) and make a transfer with small boat until the house because distance is 10min walk. Guest access The name of the Rose dates back to the first centuries of beautiful pale red color consisting of sunsets at the very entrance to the Bay. Often at night in the bay of Male Rose you could hear the fishermen who fishing with nets and in very early morning carry it to the market in Tivat and Kotor. Patients can buy from them fish, or can wait in evening for fishing boat that in return from the open sea stops at Rose to restaurants in order to left them fresh fish and mussels. Other things to note Rose is small settlement and have no market. Every morning about 10:00 hs our neightbour Milan comes with a white van on the mall at the entrance of Rose and selling fresh bread, fruits, vegetables, so majority of inhabitants while waiting him enjoying morning cafe in one of two cefe-restaurants near by. You can do the same or go to Herceg Novi port to the market. There are 3 caffee-restaurants, and by boat quest can reach others on peninsula as well as Herceg Novi town. On the peninsula there is an asphalt road that leads to Kotor and Tivat and the beach winding through the centuries-old olive groves and villages. In some houses you can buy small quantities of local products such as organic vegetables, olive oil, a traditional specialty cheese in olive oil and brandy of maginja (lat.Arbutus unedo). Lustica peninsula is so called because the sunniest part of the Bay of Kotor (lus - Lustica), rich in bushes and in some places there are pine trees, agaves and oleanders, which provide excellent shade and refreshing smell of hot summer days. On Lustica is no water supply so that residents in large tanks collect rainwater during the year which is used for cooking and other purposes. Therefore, those who come for years to Rose as guests know that with your hosts you can do all, only the water without wasting attention ... not! :) Because of the hiddenness and the spirit, many famous artists and people who want to escape from the bustle select Rose for a years as a place of rest that do not change.
