Fred's place in the heart of Derby

My place is 70m from the start of the Mountain bike tracks. Price is for the whole house. It's big, comfortable, warm and right in the middle of town. Well stocked pantry. There are two living areas and an extra toilet and shower downstairs. The space This is a very neat 3 bedroom home fully equipped for self catering. All linen and towels provided. There is a blue tooth speaker in the outer lounge and a smaller one in the bathroom. There are now two bathrooms. Guest access There is a key safe. The combination is available on booking or close to your arrival time. Other things to note There is no supermarket in town but there is a small shop for basics. Scottsdale has a good supermarket. There is an IGA in Branxhome just 10 minutes away. The town has a great cafe and new owners at the Dorset Hotel (Brook and Sean) will make you feel welcome.
