A variety of pillows, extra blankets and room-darkening shades in the bedroom. Use the washer/dryer, iron & board to get rid of wrinkles. Roku in the bedrm, 65" smart TV in the living rm. Full kitchen. A collection of books & guides, so you can unwind with a good read or explore the area The space A traditional Berkeley stucco house with a deck and small patio in a residential neighborhood. The house is part of what they call a pocket neighborhood, having a common driveway shared by 5 other houses and great neighbors. A breakfast nook, fully equipped kitchen. Bedroom door leads to your private deck, patio and garden. All communication will remain via the Airbnb app, however the local property compliance requires a simple pre-populated rental agreement (it's super easy). Airbnb has been notified and has approved this requirement. Note: Our place is not suitable for infants or toddlers. Guest access Access to the entire house and a fenced-in private back garden patio and deck. There is ample free street parking right out in front. We are also close to Berkeley Amtrak and 4th street shops, just 10 blocks away. It is a 14 minute bike ride to the UC Berkeley campus. Walk, jog or ride your bike along the Ohlone Greenway/bike trail, two houses down. We are close to the infamous local produce and grocery Monterey Market and the Berkeley Bowl.
