The size of the garden and its position ensures privacy whilst the numerous restaurants along the canal du midi, which runs through the village, are only a short walk away. There is parking for many cars inside the grounds, which is completely fenced. The canal is 100 metres away across an abandoned vineyard. Bathroom refurbished and en-suite added in 2020.
