The Garden Apartment

This beautiful and private garden flat is situated in a quite close in the Withdean area of Brighton, it is a private and self contained apartment. It has parking and an EV charge point. It’s a short walk to Preston park and Preston Park station and is on a main bus route into Brighton with buses 5 and 5a running every 10 minutes. Please be aware, we are not central Brighton. It has its own entrance through to the garden, down 2 sets of steps with handrails and lights to the secluded apartment. The space Guests are welcome to spend time and enjoy the garden Guest access Guests have there own access via a gate at the side of the house, please be aware there are two short sets of steps down to the apartment. Other things to note Mollie, our Cavapoo, on occasions likes to say hello and may visit for the odd cuddle from time to time.
