Large house with pool near Caparica and Lisbon

A large 5 bedroom house with swimming pool near Costa da Caparica Beaches and 20 minutes from Lisbon. A perfect place to enjoy the beauty of the close by beaches and nature. The house has everything, it is fully prepared for a pleasant staying feeling at home. When your day's over, enjoy the beach or grilling on the before heading out. Other attractions include Golf Course, Cycling, Walking, Restaurants, Surf and Lisbon Sightseeing. Beach is less than 10 minutes away The space The house of this property is used by me and my family and we love it! During summer we go away and we rent the house for some weeks. Despite the house is not new we do regular maintenance to try to make guests as much comfortable as possible. The entire property will be exclusive for you. The house has 5 rooms for maximum 10 adults and 2 children. The upper floor has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with 2 single beds. The ground floor has 3 rooms. 2 of them have 2 single beds each and then there is the children room with 4 beds, 2 of them are single beds and 2 of them are children beds (not suited for adults). There is a nice living room and a dining room close to a fully equipped kitchen with appliances and countertops. • AC in upstairs floor • Fresh linens and towels • Complimentary toiletries • Fully equipped kitchen • Private Patio with grill The back patio is perfect for grilling & relaxing. You can bring the whole family. We've got everything you need. Lots of parking places, WiFi. Basic Cable. Quiet neighbors, we expect the same after 10pm. Other things to note Rules that apply to this flat are not rigid. We care very much about this house and the most important requirement is to keep it as you find. Then it is up to you to enjoy. The main purpose of not having strict rules is for you to feel at home. In return we expect you to treat the house as it was your home, with care. Check in is flexible providing reasonable hours and we can fix hour to check in and to check out. Normally check-in is from 17h until 20h. In case you need to arrive later, it is possible to check in by scheduling special check in and paying an extra 30€ from 20h until 24h and 50€ after 24h. In case you need this extra service please contact us 48 hours before. Check in before 17h may be done without extra cost if there there is no guest leaving in the same day. Early check in (before 9h) has an extra charge of 30€ and is subject to possibility (no guest leaving in this day). The house is safe and the area too but you should be careful always closing windows, door (with keys) and to not leave valuable belongings in the house as we cannot ensure and be liable for any thefts of personal items.
