The villa in composed by 3 floors, the main lobby is destined to relax area in which all guests can enjoy themselves. The facility provides 6 double rooms with king size beds with memory foam technology: 3 of these have also a sofa bed. All the rooms have private access and private bath. 2 of them have also bathtub with idromassage system. The property offers 2 covered parking spots and 6 uncovered parking spots in the main avenue of the residence. * Eng * In a residential environment "the Garden of Venus" is located in Mondello, a few minutes from the sea. Equipped with all comforts (kitchen, outdoor and outdoor living area, TV room, patio, gazebo and parking) and surrounded by a large garden with attention to detail, the villa is spread over three levels of which the central one is intended for relaxation area, available to all guests. The property has 6 double rooms with king size beds (180x200 cm) in memory foam equipped with very comfortable latex pillows: three of the aforementioned rooms also have a sofa bed with a single and a half bed. All rooms, with private access, have a bathroom in the room with 120x80 cm wide showers and a shower. Two of these bathrooms, in addition to the shower, also have a hot tub.
