Welcome and thank you for visiting our listing "Guesthouse Raku". This guesthouse is 5-story building and each floor has 1 private room. Every room has different theme representative of scenic spot in Kyoto. You can use entire floor with only your family and friends and all beds are double-sided beds that make you refresh from the fatigue of your journey. This room is good for all guests who have babies and young kids. Of course, good for family, friends and couples as well. Other things to note To Our Valued Guests Considering a Stay: Please take note of the following important points: - **Minors Staying Alone:** If the guests are minors, we require documentation of parental/guardian consent. This will be verified through a phone call or message from the parent/guardian. - **Proxy Bookings:** Proxy bookings are not accepted in principle. Reservations must be made directly by the guest who will be staying. If a proxy booking is necessary, please notify us in advance and ensure we can contact the actual guest on the day of check-in. - **Exceeding the Number of Guests:** It is prohibited to exceed the number of guests specified in your reservation. Additional fees will apply for extra guests. - **Damage to Property:** Any damages to furniture or equipment during your stay may result in charges for repair or replacement. - **Smoking, Noise, and Waste Disposal:** Smoking, excessive noise, or improper waste disposal in undesignated areas—either inside or outside the property—will incur a penalty of up to ¥100,000. Please be considerate of our neighbors. - **Waste Disposal:** Please do not remove trash from the facility. Leave all waste inside the room, and our cleaning staff will dispose of it appropriately. - **ID Submission:** In compliance with government regulations, we require all guests to submit valid identification. - **Prohibited Fire Hazards:** Fireworks, candles, and any activities involving open flames are strictly prohibited on the premises and in nearby areas to prevent fire hazards. - **Tatami Mats and New Facility Odors:** The property features rooms with tatami mats made from Japanese rush grass, which have a distinctive scent. Additionally, as a newly renovated facility, some guests may notice odors from wall coverings or construction materials. Please carefully consider this before booking. - **Valuables:** Guests are responsible for managing their own valuables during their stay.
