On the ground floor: - 1 master bedroom with double bed and bathroom (walk-in shower). - 1 bedroom/office with double BZ bed (140 cm) and a desk. Upstairs: - 2 bedrooms with double bed 160 cm - 1 children's room with 3 single children's beds - 1 bedroom in a row with double bed (160 cm) + 1 child bed upstairs (bedroom in a row following the children's room). - 1 bathroom upstairs + toilet (shower) We have 2 baby beds (1 old-fashioned wrought iron and a more classic approved). On the ground floor, a large living room that has just been renovated with a family table and an open kitchen to accommodate your most beautiful culinary creations. And a lounge area around a fireplace with a TV for your quiet evenings. Outside, a beautiful terrace with a large table for your summer barbecues (Weber barbecue in the garage) In the garage of the house you will find a Ping Pong table and everything you need to play outside and on the beach + a 2nd fridge to keep the rosé and juices cool! We can provide sheets & towels if needed (€15 per room). If you want to bring your sheets, duvets and pillows will be placed on each bed. Our animal friends are welcome, we count on you to respect the house and especially pick up their gifts left in the garden before your departure :). Washing machine and dryer are available in the garage. The real asset: its location in the tip of the Rhuys Peninsula.
