Welcome to our fully renovated house in the very center of the village of La Brède, famous for Montesquieu. We are located in the heart of the vineyard area called « graves » just next to « Pessac-Léognan ». The local shops are walking distance and offer lot of choice (3 bakeries, 2 butchers, a grocer…) so you won’t have to go far to fill the fridge ! The kitchen/living room opens onto a sunny terrace as well as a little garden, perfect for sipping wine while watching the kids play ! The space For the sporty ones there is a cycle path nearby which links La Brède to the seafront of Arcachon via Hostens and its lake. The house comes with 3 car spaces as well as a key box to enable you to check-in/out as you please.Our house can welcome a maximum of 6 people and is set up as -a double room (160*200), -a twin room (90*200) which upon request can be made into a 180*200, -a shower room -a separate toilet, -a laundry room, a living room with a sofa bed. -an open plan fully equiped kitchen Guest access Going to Bordeaux is a mere 20 min drive as the highway is only 5 min from La Brède and reaching the airport Bordeaux Mérignac takes 25 min, Arcachon 45 min.
