Please discuss this with Shauna. Guest access The house is perfect for family get-togethers . The kitchen is jammed with all you'll need to create large family feasts. Plenty of plates, cutlery, platters etc. There is a Webber gas bbq outside with a large dinning area. The pool is for your private use. Portable cot and high chair on request. Other things to note I will consider one family dog. Must be low shedding and not a puppy. I do not accept hairy dogs ie. Golden Retrievers, Malamutes, Labradors. Please do not allow the dog on the couches or beds. IF your dog jumps on beds please bring your own bedding. There are three retired race horses on the property. Cooper (has a white star), Otis (has a NZ brand), Big (the baby has a WS brand). There is a new young horse, Molly, she is brown and white and is a mixture of Clydesdale, Quarter horse, Stock horse and Shire. She can be “too friendly” specially if you have any food. We have decided it’s best that you don’t go into the paddock with the horses. It's also important that you understand the dog/horse relationship. Horses will ignore a dog that is not barking and running around their legs. If you allow your dog to annoy the horses then the horses may kick your dog. Note; these horses are never ridden and attempting to do so would be extremely dangerous. Registration Details PID-STRA-7344
