A vacation home built on 2014, nestled in the heart of historic island of Cebu. An upscale subdivision with a Clubhouse, Basketball, Tennis court and HOA managed Swimming Pool. Very accessible to Mactan-Cebu International Airport (MCIA), resorts, Lantaw Floating Restaurant, restobars and some fairly sized Department Stores around the area. It is fully airconditioned, open design concept where space is greatly managed for comfort and style. A finished rooftop when one can relax and unwind. The space A total of atleast 102sqm and open design concept. Contemporary and modern layout. The house has 3 bedrooms; Bedroom 1, located downstairs have 1 double bed and a bunk bed with a pull-out bed that can accommodate 5 people. Bedroom 2, located upstairs has 1 double bed that can accommodate 2 people. Bedroom 3, master's bedroom with en-suite that can accommodate 2 guests. There are three toilets and bathrooms, 1 downstairs, 2 on the second floor including using the ensuite. There is one extra room that is the access to the terrace/patio where you can relax and enjoy yourself with family and friends. And a laundry area with a semi-automatic washing machine and a dryer. Also, there is a parking lot for one car. Plus a strong reliable internet connection. Guest access A basketball, tennis court, pool that is HOA managed that may cost few pesos if to avail service. However, permission is obtained first before access is allowed. Other things to note Please be aware that the rate posted on this site is good for two guests only. And there will be additional charges for each guest after two people. If two guests are booked, we will only open the master's bedroom and the rest of the rooms will be closed. We'll open the rooms according to how many guests are booked. However, the access room for the terrace will be open regardless of how many guests are booked. Ps.
