House next to nature - childfriendly

15 minutes by car from city center. One storey semi detatched house with private backgroound with trampoline and playground. Four bedrooms with single beds. Extrabed possible in one room. Huge sofa. TV through ChromeCast, wi-fi., wii (only one control). Kitchen with dish washer. Bathroom with shower, washing mashine and dryer (renovated this winter). Small house, bohemian garden. Nice calm neighbourhood with playgrounds, close to Stockholm’s nr. 1 recreational area. Free parking. The space Next to extraordinary nature reserve with forest, lakes and paths (Erstavik). Calm and quiet residental area, still not far from supermarkets and city. Guest access Whole house and private backyard. Other things to note Here lives a single mother with three kids. Feel at home and look into the ckecking in-routines chapter after booking to find your way around. Allergies: The sofa and some pillows contains down. There is no air condition. Usually Swedish summers don’t crave air-con but last summer was very hot. Also note there is no double bed and if you are five one stays in an extrabed. Also possible to sleep in sofa if you use special sheet.
