Marco Square (10' to 15' walk) - two Actv stops from Lido di Venezia, beaches, Casino, Film Festival TRANSPORT: From Train Station or Piazzale Roma: Line 1 left direction: slow line through Canal Grande to Giardini/Biennale stop (1 h) Lines 4.1-5.1-6.1: faster lines through Giudecca's Canal (the line 6.1 depart only from Piazzale Roma) Get off at the stop Giardini/Biennale (5'/7' walk to the apartment). Looking forward to hear from you! Other things to note TOURIST TAX: Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Venice is not included in the total price you pay through Airbnb. The amount is 1.50 Euros per person/night, 70 cent /night for children (from 10 to 16 years) for a maximum of 5 nights. During low season (from the 1st of January to the 31st) the amount is 1 € for adults and 50 cent for children. This tax must be paid in cash on arrival. CHECK-IN FORMALITIES: As host we have the duty to register and transmit your identity and passport number to Local Police Authority, so we'll ask you to take a copy of each passport. CHECK-IN: Please consider that the apartment probably won't be ready before 2 pm, because of the housekeeping, but we can arrange that earlier you can leave your luggage and collect the keys. CHECK-OUT: The maid has to come around (not before) 10.30 for the housekeeping, but we can agree you can leave your luggage in the apartment until other guest's arrival.
