Our cozy apartment has an independent entrance from the green shared garden and features a large shaded veranda with stunning sea views. Beautiful white sandy beaches, crystal-clear waters, and breathtaking scenery are just steps away. Located in a peaceful residence with a charming flowered garden, it offers a family-friendly atmosphere and pedestrian access to the beach. Free parking is available inside. The space The 40 sqm apartment is located on the first floor and features a living room with kitchenette, a comfortable double bedroom, a small bedroom with two single beds, and a spacious bathroom with a large 140 cm shower. The entrance leads through a beautiful shaded porch offering a stunning panoramic view of the sea. The porch is furnished with deck chairs and a table and can be accessed via a private staircase directly from the garden. Our gorgeous white sandy beach of Bados is easily reachable on foot via a pedestrian path. The residence is conveniently located 11 km from Olbia Costa Smeralda International Airport, with taxi fares averaging around €40. In the immediate surroundings, you’ll find several breathtaking beaches, including Pittulongu, Mare e Rocce, Cala Banana, Sos Aranzos, Cala Sassari, Spiaggia Bianca, and the three beaches of Golfo Aranci. Additionally, the apartment is just 15 minutes from Porto Rotondo and 30 minutes from Porto Cervo, making it an ideal base for exploring the stunning Costa Smeralda. Guest access Our beautiful white beach of Bados is reached comfortably by foot throughout a pedestrian path . There are also to disposition two small and private beaches among the rock-clifves just under the apartement. Other things to note A shower rug in the bathroom and a kitchen towel are provided. Bed linens and towels are included: one large shower towel, one medium towel for the face, and one small towel per person. Beach towels are not provided. The room with the single beds has no window.
